Our new name reflects our mission to help businesses connect with their customers and convert through better conversations.
We’ve been quiet for a bit.
But business being business, we’re making some moves…
And today, we have exciting news to share!
SmarterDTC is becoming “Conversations that Convert”
This change has not come without obstacles of course.
Over the last weeks, we haven't been as active as we usually are, and it hurt us. But there is a good explanation, as we've been busy planning the next phase of the SmarterDTC.
Why are we changing the name?
We started SmarterDTC because we thought we could bring something new to DTC brands - something others are not talking about.
And we knew WhatsApp Marketing and Conversational Commerce, are a field where we can share a lot of value. We just didn’t know how much brands need it.
There is a clear gap in knowledge around Conversational Commerce.
So we will fill it up for you.
Our new name, Conversations that Convert, reflects our commitment to helping you have better conversations with your customers.
Conversations that bring value, and convert.
What to expect from now on?
Every conversation is an opportunity to build a relationship with your customers, and we will help you make the most of them.

When will this change start?
As of right now! Next weekend you will start receiving newsletters under the new name, and with an even more clear focus on Conversational Commerce.
